We're enjoying company this past week/weekend. My sister and niece came for a short visit and we've been having a wonderful time. We've been amazed to watch the weather change in just these few days (for which we are very thankful for). I keep telling Kate we can't talk about spring until all the snow melted off of the garden plot and I think we're just about there! Woo-Hoo! The first day they arrived it looked like this and the kids were having fun on their very own "ice rink."
But today it was more like this and instead of being careful not to slip on the ice they had to be careful not to get stuck in the mud. (The washer is going right now due to a few falling episodes.)
And we can't not show you the cutest puppies in the country. So here's a peak. I think there's going to be a sad little girl tomorrow when my sister has to go home.
